| | Qty=1Size=750 ml, RP[91]"There are 4,000 cases of Cabernet Sauvignon from Staglin's Rutherford vineyard. (They are in the process of building caves under the hills adjacent to the vineyard.) This Cabernet includes a touch of Cabernet Franc in its blends, is aged in 100% French oak, and is quickly becoming a classic example of Rutherford Cabernet. The 1998 Cabernet Sauvignon is very good. It is all charm and velvety richness, with plenty of succulence in the mid-palate, as well as a gorgeous evolved bouquet of black fruits, cedar wood, spice, and vanilla.
