Kirsch liqueur, pepper, and garrigue/Provencal herb-like notes cascade from the glass of this full-bodied, heady red (500 cases; 16.4% alcohol). Amazingly rich, with a velvety, unctuous texture, enormous thickness yet surprising elegance as well as delineation, it is the result of exceptional winemaking and old vines ... a marvelous combination.
