The wine unfurls in the glass with notes of lemon oil, fresh pastry, honeycomb, oystershell and dried white flowers. On the palate, it's full-bodied, layered and textural, with chewy old-vine extract, succulent acids and a deep, youthfully vibrant core. This represents an enticingly gourmand expression of 2007 Chablis and ranks as one of the vintage's highlights.
