 | Qty=1Size=750 ml"Moderately saturated medium red-ruby. Fruit-driven, sappy aromas of blackberry and spicy oak, with a liqueur-like suggestion. Thicker and sweeter on the palate than Corison's flagship cabernet, with brooding, darker flavors of blackberry, plum, licorice, leather and minerals. A deeper wine, from fruit harvested quite late. Finishes with firm but fine tannins and lingering flavors of dark berries and leather. Needs a good five to seven years of cellaring." - Stephen Tanzer, Vnous (May 2003) |
