The 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve has a beautiful deep ruby/purple color and a sweet nose of licorice, roasted meats, new saddle leather, plums, figs, blackberries, and currants. The wine spends 22-26 months in oak and every year is virtually 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
