| Qty=2Size=750 ml, RP[93]"A blend of 73% Roussanne and 27% Viognier coming from Manfred and Elaine Krankl’s Cumulus vineyard and White Hawk vineyard, the 2017 White Wine Fingers Crossed was aged for 22 months in 100% new oak. This wine was bottled in July 2019. The nose immediately compels, offering fragrant notes of honeycomb, lemon drops, poached pears, allspice and white pepper, with a touch of toasted almonds. Medium to full-bodied, the palate delivers restrained, savory layers and a wonderfully satiny texture, going long, toasty and impeccably balanced on the finish. Only 25 cases were made." - Lisa Perrotti-Brown, robertparker.com (Aug 31, 2020) |
