Unctuous and glyceral-rich, with a honeyed sweetness that must be tasted to be believed. And yet vibrant acids somehow prevent this elixir from cloying. Saline and extremely thick wine, with finishing flavors of honey and caramel. I had the feeling the finish would last until the next wine, whether that was two minutes or two hours later.
