| | Qty=3Size=750 ml, RP[90]"Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting, Roulot's 2014 Meursault 1er Cru Clos de Bouchères was startling when I tasted it from barrel with Jean-Marc. Here it was showing quite a bit of new oak on the nose that erased some of the terroir, at least at the moment. The palate is well balanced with crisp acidity, notes of lime and fresh pear, perhaps a little obvious compared to some of its peers but with an appealing salinité on the finish.
